Refund Policy

Effective date: 22 October 2026

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This applies to all Products sold on odinzero.com, including OdinAdmin, OdinCMS and OdinStore licenses, modules, templates and subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds. To request one:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
2. Email us at [support@odinzero.com] with your order ID.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Renewal payments can also be refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal date.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the license for that purchase is cancelled. You must stop using the Product and delete any copies. Access to downloads and updates for that purchase ends.

We may decline refunds where we see clear abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund of the same Product, as allowed by Paddle's terms and applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
