Use with Django or Rails

The same steps as for Laravel: static files, one base template, a sidebar partial.

The template is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no build step, so it fits any framework the same way:

  • Django — copy css/, js/ and images/ into a static/odinadmin/ folder and link them with {% static 'odinadmin/css/style.css' %}. Make base.html from any page with {% block content %} inside .content, and put the sidebar in an {% include %}.
  • Rails — put the folders in public/odinadmin/ (or add them to your asset pipeline), turn a page into app/views/layouts/admin.html.erb with <%= yield %> inside .content, and render the sidebar as a partial.

Keep the folder structure: style.css imports its parts with relative paths.
